The field on opportunity line is Line Description(Description) which is standard field and the field on quote line is Description(SBQQ__Description__c). As API names are different, twin field logic will not work to map directly from the quote line to the Opportunity product item.
My recommendation was to have a workaround solution by creating a custom field with same API name on both Quote line and Opportunity line object. Please check below screenshot where I create 2 custom field with the same API name. I have added the field quote editor fieldset and populating it manually at the quote editor. the values is passed to opportunity line item with twin field. You can use a process builder to auto-populate the value from the standard field.
