Snapshot can do that for you (it's not free though) http://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N300000016YhyEAE You can do a free trial though, they are really great over there.
Otherwise, if you are comfortable enough, you can try the Eclips IDE. But I emphasize comfortable enough, since changes are permanent there, so be careful.
