Freddie Joyce a posé une question dans #Reports & Dashboards

I have created a user login history report which shows the number of times a user has logged in each day over the last week. This is largely fine, however there are a small set of users who are regularly show 50 or even 100+ logins in a day!

Here is the report for the last week with some of the offending cells highlighted:

Why does the login history report show hundreds of Browser logins per day?

As you can see, the filters are set up to only show successful browser logins, so I am at a loss to explain why these users have so many. I have been seeing this behaviour most weeks for a different set of users ever since I created the report some 2 years ago.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Cheers,

Freddie

This is a normal for this type of report, anytime a user logs in on anything that is linked to salesforce it will "re log" them in. So if they use Salesforce for Outlook, or dataloader, or mobile it will consider that a new log in. Also if you have users that use multiple orgs then when they switch back and forth that is considered a log in. This report isnt very accurate and hasnt been for quite some time now. I'm not really sure if there is anything that you can do....
