I have began to watch the videos in Training, are there any follow up master tests that would help me apply what I just viewed and noted?

My boss is a great boss and has finally given me the nod to really jump into learning Salesforce.  The training videos are great but I would like to know if there is some tangible way of reviewing what you just watched?
