Report on Who Converted Lead (Converted By)

Question

Hello, I want to capture who converted lead-in "Lead" standard report type so I can see in one report if a lead is converted, converted date and converted by. I am able to run this report on contact but I need to capture this in the lead report so I can see converted and not converted information in one place.
