I have created power one formula on RDBA instance custom object , and I need to count unique ip address, it should count three in this case as marked in red, how do I configure to acheive this.
I have used Account with RDBA instance report type.

It looks like you're grouping the Report by the "Power of One" field (that's not how The Power of One works). Just add your IP Object Power of One field to the Report (but DON'T use it as a Summary Grouping). Then select the Power of One field and Summarize(Sum) then you should be all set.
