Lisa, you can view your login history to see if you or anyone used the data loader or any other tool to log in around that time. That won't tell you everything but it's a good place to start. You can see what IP address, what tool (including browsers), and what OS.
Setup-->Personal Information-->My Personal Information then scroll to the very bottom of the page. You can see the last 10 entries and download a file with the last six months of entries.
The other possibility is, if you've granted login access to your administrator, any administrator could use the login as feature to impersonate you. You could find that out in the Audit Trail. Setup-->Security Controls-->View Setup Audit Trail.
