I have added a standard button to the "Leads" Page Layout and have assigned that Page Layout to the user's profile, but when the user logs and opens a Lead the button is not visible.

I have tried to search for the answer and all the answers I've found say to edit the "Field-Level Security" but there doesn't seem to be that option in the "Buttons" section, only in "Fields".
