Lotus Notes hang continuosly

After installing the Lotus Notes Connector and run all the trouble shootings recomendations posted in the support page, Lotus Notes continue to hang after changing, the parameters in notes.ini and adding the line of TRUST_CERTIFICATE:AUTHORITIES in the plugin_customization.ini files.

 

Do any one have any tip on how to resolve this ???
