We list items sold to customers as Assets in Salesforce and I would like to be able to report on any Assets that currently have multiple Opportunities associated.
Is there a way to do this? I figured maybe a roll up formula on Assets, but that isn't possible.

Try doing a joined report with Assets as one report block and opportunities as the second report block. You may want to group it by organization name. See if that gets you want you need.
