Please elaborate the question in context. As per my understanding of the question you can do as stated below:
You can pull the associated opportunities to the respective RM's/Owners with closed won statuses with the required time frame defined which will give you actual figures. Group the report by owners to see which RM has generated maximum revenue in the defined timeline.
