Integration of Outlook 2010

Question

I have just installed Office 2010 and Salesforce to Outlook. Whenever I write eMail from Salesforce it is not attached in history. Incoming email in Outlook same thing although the systems tells me that email was connected to salesforce. What to do? Thanks Peter

Hi Peter, it sounds like you just need to edit the Sync settings so that Outlook knows which Tasks, Events, and Emails it should automatically log for you. I hope the links below help.
