I am interested in the Unsubscribe Opt Out app and had a question. We are looking for an application that will allow us to manage subscriptions to our mass e-mails.
Here is the way I would like it to work:
1. Client receives an e-mail from Sequoia
2. At bottom of the e-mail there is a hyperlink labeled “Unsubscribe”
3. If the client clicks on the link, they will be redirected to a page that would list out all of the communications we send out for the year. They would have the option to unsubscribe to any one or all of the topics.
4. Client clicks “Save Changes” and sales force is updated with the changes so the clients would not receive future e-mails on the topics they selected
