I am very new to Salesforce and I’m trying to customize our intake fields by trying to insert a custom link that would help our staff search for the ward a client lives in. I am looking to provide them with a link that would autopopulate the search field on the website we’re using with the street address. Is that easy to do? I did find a couple of tutorials which I tried but wasn’t successful. Can someone explain in plain English?
Also, I would like to add this link in the address section right below the field where we enter the ward, as opposed to having in the custom links section on the bottom of the form.
I appreciate any help you can provide.
