I've already added her delegate to the user record and changed the approval process to allow the delegate to approve for her, but... how is he going to know that there's an approval waiting? I saw something in the help that seemed to say that the delegate doesn't get included on approval emails, nor will he see those pending approvals on his home page under Items To Approve. So how does he know that there's something waiting for him?
