I have a question about reimplementation. Has anyone done a Sales Cloud reimplementation? Did you use a consultant? What made you determine it was time to get back to basics? Did the reimplementation solve your issues?

Yes we have done that with a new Consulting company. The processes needed to be redefined as ours is a complicated business process and it needed proper handling of custom processes and customizations which was not fulfilled by the 1st partner. To answer your 3rd question, yes it solved 95% of the issues as both the internal and external teams were super careful and precise about all the stage wise requirements.
