Hi, I was asked to implement a solution that's a perfect fit for Actions & Recommendations but after working through a proof-of-concept in sandbox I hit a brick-wall - after executing actions then refreshing the case the action list refreshes back to the the original list of incomplete actions.  On the plus-side I found a recently posted issue that explains exactly what I'm seeing.

I'm wondering if anyone has ever seen Actions & Recommendations hold the completion status of Actions, which would indicate a recent release broke this functionality and offer some hope of Salesforce fixing this, and/or whether anyone has an idea for a workaround.
