Is there an option in a permission set that can grant a user the ability to global search users across an org without adding them to a full blown Admin Profile?

Hi @Mike Camilleri If you set the Default Internal Access of your Sharing Setting of User to be "Public Read Only", the user of your org can global search other users without additional permissions.
