#CampSuccess when a customer goes through a chatbox experience to ask a question, can einstein bot show a snippet from a knowledge article and display instead of returning the entire suggested article?

Thanks for asking! We are working on a FAQ bot feature (roadmap item) and there are two ways to go about this: 1. Add a field called chat answer which address chat bot use cases and 2. in future explore a robust answer extraction capability.
