Question from #CampSuccess  - What an informative session!  Thanks so much for all the info.  I was able to set up recommendations with next best action in my test environment today.  How does the model get "smarter" each time an agent either accepts or rejects a recommendation offered by NBA?  The example I have set up is based on a segment field on a contact.  If in the education segment, NBA recommends some talking points for the agents when this customer calls in.  Do I need to add a field to the contact record to capture if the recommendation was accepted?  It seems like with my current set up I am just programming the recommendations manually.  Do I need to get predictions involved?  Any details would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
