How do you deal with end users that leave switch to classic feedback like "I don't like Lightning", and when asked why: "I cannot find anything. It does not flow."?

Are there a few super users you can get on your side (flattery and swag should help) who can be a positive voice when you aren't around. Sometimes grumbling begets grumbling, its contagious. If you get someone respected (not a manager but someone on the front lines) to say positive things it helps turn the tide.
