How to change Asset sharing? According to https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=assets_edit.htm&type=5, here are the steps: 

1. In Setup, enter Asset Settings in the Quick Find box, then click Asset Settings.
2. Enable asset sharing, and select a default asset owner.
3. Save your changes.

But I do not see Asset Settings in the setup menu.
