I tried to put the next best action component on one of my community page. 

I built the recommendation, flow and strategy builder for it. In my strategy builder, I used the branch selector node to filter out certain accounts that I want to surface the component. And it works fine on my account record. 

However, when I put this component on community page, it gives me the error message "something went wrong fetching recommendations". If I take off the branch selector node, it will work as normal.
