New Dashboard Packages for In-App Guidance Prompts and Walkthroughs!

We’re super excited to announce two new out-of-the-box, customizable dashboards for In-App Guidance, one for prompts and one for walkthroughs, listed by Salesforce Labs.

Starting today, any customer can download the dashboards for free from the App Exchange and gain relevant insights to improve in-app guidance.

These dashboards aim to help measure user engagement and improve custom guidance, ultimately leading to a better Salesforce learning experience.

• Understand how users are engaging with prompts and walkthroughs, including drill-downs of completion rates, custom action clicks, and more. Identify which guidance topics are most engaging and which have room for improvement.
• Learn common design principles such as how many steps walkthroughs should have, which guidance topics are most engaging, and how docked versus floating prompts drive different user interactions.
• Discover detailed profile, role, and user engagement information for prompts and walkthroughs. Identify power users and groups that may need more tailored guidance.
• Customize the dashboards to join with custom objects and gain org-specific insights.
