Relative date range question:

Context:

• I'm trying to build a filter in a Lightning Dashboard (so I don't have access to Filter Logic)
• Right now it is Q2
• I want to use a relative date range filter to just see Q4 (i do not want to include Q3)
• I really want to avoid hard coding dates... I'd love to build something that just always showed just the quarter after next quarter

What I've tried:

• NEXT n QUARTERS
• NEXT n FISCAL QUARTERS

Is there a relative date filter I'm not thinking of? Could I do something creative with the operator 'between'?  help pleaseee
