Hi all, We recently implemented Page Designer in Salesforce Commerce Cloud. We are overall happy with the tool it eases the translation process for our markets as well as ensuring our mobile first approach. However, we just realized that while it is easy to create local content (components) for our markets, the targeting settings (campaign & promotion, customer groups, schedules) of these components are not localizable. This was a surprise to us, since the rest of the settings like SEO, Site Search and Localization are localizable. It is also possible to change the targeting on a specific locale, e.g. Germany, but it overwrites the Default settings, which seems like a bug to us. We need it to be possible for all locales to set their own targeting options on the same PD page. We have already reached out to Salesforce customer support and they answer that the visibility rules do not underly localization. Only the content itself. I assume we cannot be the only client perceiving this as an issue. I’m therefore reaching out to the community hoping that anybody can share their experiences or any workarounds regarding this issue? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Step by step details on the issue:If we try to schedule and add a customer group for default it applies to all locales (as expected). Then if our Germain Content Manager make changes (own targeting) for their locale/language, the changes also applies to default and all other locales, which does not seem right.
