We have set up survey along with translations. when I send out survey to out side org email addresses I get a survey link in email and once I click on link I will be redirected to language picker. First time I select English/other language It works as expected. If I want to change language selection or page gets refreshed and I want to select English instead of (previously selected value say, Spanish) it doesn't select English the previous selection is retained.

Also, We have tried using default settings(Summer'20 feature) to set up default language to English that doesn't help either.

can someone help me with any workaround?
