Is there a way to make a picklist globally dependent? For example, I've added an "industry subcategory" to the lead and account objects. It's dependent on the "Industry" field. However, it looks like I need to update the dependencies on each object, rather than being able to do it globally. Am I missing something? Thank you!

Hi @Justin Vallandingham - thanks for asking your question in our Essentials Community! It sounds like you'll need to map the dependent picklist on the lead to the dependent picklist on the account.
To do this, go to Setup > Object Manager > Lead > Map Lead Fields. From there, you can select the dropdown for the industry subcategory picklist, and it should map, so long as the picklist values match. Hope this helps!
