Hi All! We are in the midst of transitioning our 500+  users from Classic to Lightning. In-person UAT was scheduled for April 16th, and go-live May 11th. With the COVID-19 outbreak, most of our end users are working from home and we feel as though transitioning to Lightning would be an added disruption so we will be postponing UAT and Go-Live.

Is anyone experiencing something similar? Or does anyone have any ideas as to how we could still make progress on this project until our teams are back in their offices? We're considering informal virtual UAT sessions with a handful of team members, but are open to anything!

Thanks in advance!

Hello! I am in the same boat. We were supposed to start a pilot group last week, with in-person training. I'm considering doing a webinar with these people to introduce them to Lightning, and allow them to switch between Classic and Lightning to get a feel for the new UI. I, too, need a new plan.

And it turns out, since we have our sales teams now "off the road" we have been swamped with new requests, questions, etc and have kicked off a data cleanup initiative to take advantage of their down time. One of our sales leaders think this is the perfect time to introduce people to Lightning since they will have the time to focus on it, but we have yet to hatch the plan to do so.
