Einstein Search says:
**Additional Personalization limitations: Salesforce Shield Platform Encryption not supported.
Personalization can’t be turned on for orgs with Salesforce Shield Platform Encryption enabled.
It appears Personalization isn't available at all for Einstein Search. Is this going to change in the future? Will it change to exclude Encrypted fields but work on other fields maybe? Please advise if anything is known or you have additional details on this
