Where oh where has the Last Modified field gone? You know, the one that includes name/date/time. It's in Classic, but not available in views in LEX. :-(
Support says "working as designed". . ."I now request approval to close the case. . ." and provided the Idea below. But it's 2 years old and without any comment from Salesforce PM.

Is there any workaround for this? No more sorting by last modified date?
While I appreciate that users can now create their own sorts, (nice!) Admins should at least be able to use the Last Modified by date field to set a default sort to follow our business processes.

Thanks Hanna and Johan. Adding the Last Modified Date field provides the date, (yea!) but not the name (sigh). Thus it takes two fields in Lightning to show the same data from the related list on the Account record rather than one field as in Classic. We're only allowed 10 fields in the related list view. So adding one more often means removing something else. There's probably a technical reason why Last Modified By can show both the modifier name and time stamp modified in Classic but not in Lighting. Just wish we could stick with the one field, rather than two. Thanks again !!
