Topic: How does Cookie Management on Communities work?

1. What is the standard Salesforce privacy policy for customers using the communities portal. How does Salesforce use/manage and store cookies for external users logging on to access the communities portal.
2. Can customers of the communities portal also access the cookie consent manager and manage their preferences?

Is it implied on Salesforce Commutnity to be in line with Salesforce privacy statements OR does Salesforce community take care of this automatically? 

The way Salesforce does on its website (screenshot attached herein), does Salesforce do the same automatically on Community as well for the Community users when they try to login for the first time?
