I am excited to implement Einstein Search personalization in Lightning Experience. However when I went to enable it in Setup>Einstein>Einstein Search>Search Settings, the checkbox to enable 'All users get personalized search results.' is grayed out, even though our Org meets the requirements:
- At least 150 active user licenses
- Unlimited, Enterprise or Performance editions
- Lightning Experience enabled
- Einstein Search permission set enabled
Has anyone had this problem, and if so, how did you overcome it?

OK. Thanks. I was able to successfully enable it in a developer sandbox that is already on Spring '20, but can't yet enable it in our full sandbox or production because they aren't on Spring '20 yet.
