Hi everyone.  

I have a question regarding Lightning Email Templates.  In Classic, we had different html layout types, which kept the template concise and the text inline with a header image.  

In Lightning, even with an enhanced letterhead (image at header), I can't find a way to keep all the text inline, or wrapped in such way to where it is the same width across as the image. 

When we receive the template in Outlook, we have a small image at the top with all the text going all the way across the screen, and it just doesn't look good.  See attached screenshot.  

Wondering if anyone has any ideas?
