Hello everyone,

I had scheduled my Salesforce Certified Administrator exam for yesterday i.e. 23rd May. I started with my examination and was very sure that i am going to be certified. After answering my 50th question i pressed next to see the next question but the next screen had no question(it appeared blank). I also had a word with the live support agents regarding this, he/she suggested me to logout and launch the exam again and then continue from where I left off. However, when i tried to do so, the launch button was found to be inactive. Instead of the launch button a question mark is visible. My exam is still in the "In Progress Exams" tile on webassessor(refer screenshot). I have also written a mail to olpsupport@kryteriononline.com but have got no reply. I have raised a case on trailhead (Case #00160145) but it is still open. I am attaching a screenshot of my current scenario for your reference. 

I have no idea how i shall proceed after this, can someone please help me regarding the further steps that i need to take? Will i be able to resume the exam? 

The exam fee is not a small amount for me, so any input would be appreciated.
