I'm creating a scheduled flow to capture each user's last login date/time, but ignore any SFO logins.  The trouble I'm having is that it seems like I'll have to loop through my active users, then put a query inside that loop to query the loginHistory object.

In an effort to be as bulkified as possible I thought I'd ask the group for input.
