Implementation by GSI. Phase1 went live for core business. But architectural decisions for Phase 2, which was roll-out to 200 franchisees, were not considered during Phase 1. Go live attempted for Phase 2 for 5 franchisees 3 times, but finally pulled it out and they had to go back to their MS Access app.
