Hi there, I'm looking for any reference to help me out with this Lightning problem: the Classic org enables users to use "Assign using active assignment rule" checkbox though Layout's properties. I showed a simplified process to create a new case using quick action. There is no way to keep "Assign using active assignment rule" in a quick action form. I found out some advice to use a process builder to overcome quick action's limitation; however this process builder also affects all other pages to create a case and now the users cannot disable the assignment rule thru "Assign using active assignment rule" checkbox. Please point me out any tips! I'm trying to test whether or not the rule is active using PB with no luck. Thanks a ton in advance!
