For our Lighning transition, I am looking for an amazing onboarding and user guidance tools for a large company (700 users). It should be easy to install and really user friendly.
There are many in the market such as : Walkme / Whatfix/ UserPilot / Inline Manual/ Serpilot / Pendo / Gainsight
What would be the best option ?
We are a SaaS company so most are very tech-savvy but we had great success with GIFs and sharing them on Slack.
We have channels for the different profiles and on each channel I posted GIFs (20-40 seconds) with the top 10 things they do. It worked out great and didn't annoy like some of the above mentioned services you mentioned (one of them I implemented previously and got on the nerves of users very quickly.)
