Auto-populate Fields in Agile Accelerator's Objects

Hello there!

So I have to pre-populate 2 fields in the "Work" object ( Agile Accelerator object)

1. Team field : the field will be pre-populate with the Team object's Name

2. Product owner field: The field will be pre-populate with the user's name that created this "Work"record

When I want to create a work record i click on new and a pop up will appear where i can type in the data. I want the field to be already populate when I click on the new button, not after.

The thing is that those objects are manage by a package/plugin so I can't ready use the traditional flow or quick action ( or I can, I'm not sure).So how can I achieve this goal?
