Help. I am going mad. I have put the Einstein Recommendations component on a home page. Shows fine for me. It is not showing on the page layout of the users I am developing for. I cannot find any documentation at all anywhere about what permissions are required for this component to show. It doesn't even show in their Chatter stream page. Can you help me?

Not the permissions it seems. I wonder what license to add? They're not a Service Cloud user but I don't see the relationship between that feature and Service Cloud. Utterly frustrating exercise in turning things on and off.
In the knowledge document on Lightning Page Components, it is the ONLY item that does not have an entry.
