He kind've lost me with how record types can help page layouts become a matrix?  Adding another dimension? etc. Record types as a list, dynamically affecting fields based on record type selection.  I understood some of this but some seems tenuous.  Is there any supporting materials for the last 10 - 15 minutes or so? Some kind of summary slide would be great
