Will there by a time where you will NOT be able to revert to classic (aka forced Lightning with no option of reverting to Classic)?

Thank you for answering my question about whether Classic is going away or not. Given the answer you just gave that it is not, please advise Kevin Noschang who works at Salesforce that he is giving our incorrect information
