This is probably the simplest question ever, but I can't find how to do it. I want multiple (42) Specified accounts to come up with an alert, and while I can do it with one, it won't let me add multiple accounts in one filter.. is there any way to do this without doing 42 different filters?
I like @Eric Smith 's approach here as it will be much simpler to maintain and add/subtract accounts to this group.
It looks like you want to have a Rich Text component only display if you are one of these 42 accounts, correct? If so, then your filter gets really simple to do. If you want to make sure people aren't messing with that field, then perhaps leave it off of page layouts and protect it behind some field level security so only specific people can add people to this account "shortlist" or VIP group.
