Hi everyone,

We are currently migrating from Classic to Lightning and wanted to see if there were any best practices as far as default List Views & Page Layouts for Sales teams?

We are a small SaaS company that is looking to instill an intuitive environment for our Sales users and were wondering if anyone can provide any non-sensitive screenshots of their default List Views for Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities? As well as the Page Layouts for those Objects?

Ideally would like simple, sure-fire View & Page Layouts with relevant fields/related lists.

Thank you

Brandon, for every business it's a bit different what the key fields and things to show on a page or field. For general advice, I would say have no more than 5-10 views per object and make the lists things that they can take action on (purposeful). Reports can be done for anything that is a large set of data but view are better for records that people need to work. For record page layouts, again make sure they have what they need to action and not a lot of ancillary fields. Use the change to Lightning as a good time to strip pages down to the minimum and streamline
