Hi,
Today in Classic on the Case page layout, you have the ability to go to the Related Cases related list, click the drop down next to New Case and select either Related Case: Blank or Related Case: Copy Parent Details. Has anyone come up with a good workaround for this?

I believe you could do it with Visualforce.
I would recommend up voting this idea, allow quick actions on related lists. If this was available, then you wouldn't have to go custom.
