Good morning...

I am trying to figure out how to route a chat to agents depending on a value the user would select on the prechat window?  Is this possible?  My ideal scenario would be to have 3 options to select from on the pre-chat window and depending on the option selected, the chat would get routed to the agent with that given skill set.
