Hello All - I am having an issue with a Case report where I am trying to set a custom date range, but the report is capturing information from outside of the specified range. I was using the Date/Time Opened field at first, but then switched to a custom formula field that retrieves the same value. I don't understand why it is ignoring the date range. Any ideas?
