I have added this to our sandbox and applied the permission set but I am getting Insufficient Privileges when attempting to go to the filters section on an object we are looking to delete items on

Hello Josh,
As a first step we would recommend that you give your user the Storage Helper Permission set in order to try and resolve this.
I see where you also have a support case regarding this issue, if this does not resolve the problem, our support team will be able to assist you further by email.
