Email drafts in cases: has anyone figured out how to share email drafts in cases in Lightning? This was present in classic, but they aren't shared automatically to other users in Lightning.
This is a vital tool for us, because we use email drafts to permit a manager/another user to review a proposed email before being sent to the client.

@Jacinta Burke We can't seem to get this working in Lightning. Is there any documentation on configuring this in Lightning available?
